Ethan Erwin: Inventor
Ethan Erwin is a multi-talented inventor, scientist, future dentist, communicator, musician, outdoorsman, precision marksman and more!
Ethan's extensive training, natural curiosity and ability to invent and conceptualize continues to surprise those around him. His first invention, a fishing lure retriever, which won 2nd place in the Nation, was at the young age of 7! Ethan received a U.S. Patent in December 2012 for his SHORT BOW he invented at the age of 17, which was featured in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette in August 2012. The Arkansas Democrat Gazette designated him as one of "Top 20 to Watch in 2013" for his invention, and most recently his business plan for the Short Bow won him the Arkansas Governor's Cup $10,000 Placement April 2016.
May 2016 Ethan graduated from the University of Central Arkansas Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Honors Interdisciplinary Studies. He is currently attending the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX, Fall 2016. Ethan was featured on the Texas A&M publication as a 1st year dental student, A Day in Their Scrubs June 2017.
Ethan has always had a strong personality and a "FIRE" for leadership, innovation and creativity. He was a leader throughout college and high school. He served as Vice President of his high school class for two consecutive years. He was Treasurer for his college Fraternity Sigma Tau Gamma Sigma Chapter. He has been active in his community and church and has won many community awards and scholarships. He is an 11 year classically trained violinist, has years of experience teaching violin students, and has performed all over the state of Arkansas at churches, pageants, and community events.

A singer, songwriter, international performing artist, Nashville recording artist, multi-instrumentalist, and painter, Susan Erwin is an artist whose home is behind a piano. Susan's versatile voice, impressive skills as a mutli-instrumentalist, dynamic stage presence, and rare ability to make every person in the audience feel a part of her show have made her successful in major venues worldwide. Susan has over 250 international performance dates every year and has developed a loyal fan base.
Susan began her professional music career in the Midwestern United States. From Branson, Missouri to Los Angeles, CA then Las Vegas and beyond, she has performed for people all over the world. In 2012, she began a yearly international tour booked in venues in the Caribbean (St. Maarten, Barbados, Aruba, British Virgin Islands), Europe (Amsterdam, Germany, Norway) and Spain.
In October 2015 she started her Pink Piano Show which has been a huge success and is the feature at Oaklawn Horse Racetrack and Casino in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This show allows Susan to combine her performance artistry and vocal and piano skills in an all-request driven cover and original music 5 hour long show.
Susan completed her first original self-released 12-song album out of Nashville, Tennessee titled Painting You Gone in 2014. Susan later released a 3-song EP Ain't My Baby Grand February 2016. Ain’t My Baby Grand was recorded at Beaird Music Group with some of the best session musicians in Nashville.
Susan’s paintings have a style of their own using primarily acrylic, watercolor and pen and helped to fund her debut album campaign through art sales. She now has art placed worldwide in home and art galleries with over 100 pieces sold to date.
In 2014, Susan expanded her art and brand with the launch her own fragrance "Diamonds & Denim" with Tijon a French-Caribbean company.
Cliff Prowse: Operations, Research & Development
Cliff Prowse joined the Short-Bow team Spring 2016 to market and add ingenuity to innovative uses of the Short-Bow beyond just fiddle playing.
Arkansas, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Cliff Prowse was born to play music. He was tapping in time as a baby and had a natural affinity toward music. He comes by it honest, as his father is a successful singer, songwriter and is a one of the original members, lead singer and guitarist of Tragikly White a successful and well-known US Rock band. At the age of 3, Cliff was given his first drum set and began violin lessons with Tommy Henderson at the age 10. He’s well versed on not just fiddle, but electric and acoustic guitar, bass, drums, mandolin and more.
Cliff's voice, impressive skills as a songwriter and mutli-instrumentalist have taken him from popularity at Mt. View, Arkansas' legendary and traditional music festivals winning fiddle competitions, people’s choice awards and sharing rounds with A-list players all the way to being a Nashville music row session player and touring artist.
On fiddle he has shared the stage with Charlie Daniels and is heavily influenced by him and Brit Currie (former fiddle player for Alan Jackson, Rascall Flatts, Blake Shelton) and Tim Crouch (legendary A-list session fiddle player). His guitar influences in country music are Brad Paisley, Brent Mason, and Albert Lee. On the rock and blues side, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jeff Healey, Joe Bonamassa and his father Philip Prowse to name a few.
As a singer/songwriter Cliff built his country catalogue and released one album under the Rusty Conway Band. He’s a very versatile writer and his catalog includes multiple genres from country, blue grass, rock, pop to gospel.
Currently, Cliff continues to write, do production work, session work, and perform all over the Southern United States. He is beginning an international tour with fiance and fellow artist Susan Erwin Fall 2016.
